Rewind to the disco days when foot artists elevated the foot and fookers cheapened it. It's 1978, the heyday of disco and foot art, when foot painters, foot musicians, foot chefs, and footographers are as commonplace as fookers (foot hookers) and foot obsessive disorder. Thelma, a foot artist who paints pictures of feet with her feet, has only one month to prepare a foot art performance for the International Foot Art Awards Show in Venice, Florida, but her rehearsals are sidetracked when someone murders—and detoes—family members. Escapades ensue with a CB'ing, contraband-towing trucker, a weekend pst seminar that explores one's inner "ragions," a trek through a nudist camp in pursuit of a himbo murder suspect, and an unforgettable night with Sammy Davis Jr. at Studio 54. Shocking family secrets are revealed, and an elusive, electrofunkadelic ladies' man boogies throughout Thelma's adventure. The fun culminates at the awards show, where mistaken identity and a comatose sister in a wheelchair change foot art forever.
